ROBERT is a great "technician" and sales person. We had called another company, they made a CHOICE to not call us and say they were not coming out after they made an appointment. We called Precision. They made and KEPT their same day appointment. Robert came out and listened to all concerns. Everything worked out GREAT! Thanks a lot Robert!

Very efficient company. Gets the job done quick and fast. The technician Jose replaced the spring on my garage door in less then an hour. This is the second time I've used Precision and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend !

As of right now, I am highly pleased. John T. was the technician who came out. He was so well mannered, it was like I had known him for many years. He did not try to push anything on me and gave me different options He was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner and then went over everything with me. If I ever need anyone to come out i the future, I would hope it would be him.
