We were extremely pleased with the installation of our new garage door opener. We were hoping for a repair to our old opener but that was not possible. I cannot say enough about our technician, Logan. He was so polite, professional, and friendly..explaining everything to us in such a patient way. And to two old senior citizens that’s not always easy! Again, we just can’t praise him enough and are so pleased with our Genie opener.
