Had a problem with door going up slow Precision sent James Long and Mike Mumann to do the repair and let me tell you they were the most professional and honest workers I have come across in a long time. In todays world it was a refreshing experience.They went way beyond my expectations. The problem with my garage door opener happened on a Friday night and the original Contractor supplier didn't offer any service on weekends. Called Precision and they came on a Sunday, resolved all the issues, since the only problem wasn't the motor but the springs etc. Chris has redone the system completely and it works wonderfully.

My garage door was not working. Once I called in the morning, Precision had a tech out before 4:00 same day. He did a thorough job of checking out an intermittent problem, reset settings and helped me clean the globes. Door is working fine. Chris C was clear, polite and friendly. Easy to work with office staff, too.

Excellent service. You scheduled a service call the same day I called. Service technician arrived at scheduled time and called ahead to advise us of his progress getting to our house. Service technician promptly diagnosed the problem, advised us of repair options, had all required parts on his truck, installed a replacement opener, and quickly had our door in operating condition. Service technician was outstanding!

Highly recommend (Technician Logan Forsyth) at Precision to take care of your garage door. We had a mechanical failure on a large door, so it was time for a garage door lift replacement. He assessed it, explained the options and did an outstanding job. The sensor wires are clean, neat and ran well. He explained everything with the new lift and the work was professionally done. The door has never opened as smooth as it does now, nice and quiet. Highly Recommend Logan Forsyth!

Precision Garage Door of Clearwater was efficient and timely in the repair of the snapped tension spring of our garage door. Orion, if he should be your repairman, was likewise knowlegable and repaired the garage in less than an hour. Considering new garage door replacement as door is original to home construction in the 90's and improvements in design and contstuction will help with winds from any hurricane that may come our way. I chose Precision based on the good reviews I found online. They were able to fit my very tight schedule and communicated well with me before coming. Austin went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the problem was and was then able to replace the parts that needed replacing while he was here! He thoroughly explained all my options (and the prices for each different option) and was patient while we made our decision. I can't recommend Austin and Precision any more highly or I would!
