From the first telephone contact to the individual that completed the job, all individuals were very courteous, helpful, and professional. The service work went very smoothly. The individual was on time. He explained what are options were to solve our problem. He completed the work in an outstanding manner. We he completed the work, he cleaned up after himself. He even swept out the garage. Precision Door is an amazing company with superior personnel. They are the only door company I will use!

I was not sure what to expect when Luca came out to fix both of my garage doors, but Luca went above and beyond!! He took the time to explain everything to me, so I understood what needed to be done. He also helped me, and my son move a car out of my garage that was not starting and pushed it back in when he was done! I do not know of any employee that would help someone do that even on a hot day. Thank you Luca for everything you have done for me!

Called this morning and there was a tech. at my house with in 2 hours. He explained what was wrong and gave me several different choices. The Tech was very professional. I needed the sensors mounted and aimed because the movers nocked them off. It apparently was an easy fix because he was done within minutes. However I didn't know that. He could have easily fu$@ed around for an hour and charged me a lot but he didn't. It was easy fix and he didn't charge me. I called to schedule an appt at 8:00AM Friday morning, and they were at my home before 11:00. Austin was a very kind, personable, and professional technician. I told him I suspected the garage door opener needed to be replaced and he still wanted to evaluate my existing system. We agreed it would be more cost effective to replace it, and he was done in an hour. We called Precision at 10. Chris showed up and had everything in fantastic working order by 5 that same day. First impressions were very good with the technician doing the work on the same day that I contacted Precision. Craig Earle was the assigned technician and I knew to expect him from information (including photo) received in the welcoming email. Craig showed me the broken part which wasn’t surprising because of the 15 year age of my door and equipment. Craig and I discussed the necessary repairs plus potential preventative maintenance options with their related costs. Without feeling pressured to make any decisions, I chose several options that I felt covered the major aging failure points. I really appreciated Craig’s sharing information and answering all of my questions. Once I accepted the list of repairs, Craig moved forward with all of the installation and cleanup that was done faster than I expected yet very professionally. Overall I am very pleased with the overall process and high quality of the work and equipment.
