I called and got a same day appointment. I got call back from customer stating that the technician can come earlier than scheduled. That was a welcome surprise and greatly appreciated. Isak arrived diagnosed the problem and gave me my options and cost. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a blessing to get a technician of his caliber. His quality of service was exceptional. Thank you for a job well done.

We chose Precision due to the TV commercials and of course the good reviews that we saw online. Our garage door made a loud noise and then wouldn't work yesterday. I called and they got us in for today for gentleman Robert Trotter that came out was very polite very professional and took care of the repair for us. I would definitely recommend this company to not only my friends, but as a Realtor I would definitely refer them to my clients as well?

Professionals all the way. My situation was unique - I needed some frame work around my door. And, I needed a special size because my home is very old. The price quoted was fair and they did a first class job. Everything was handled well and they took the time to answer questions. Rob West did the installation and he was very good. Even cleaned up every little piece of paper when he was done. I give you all an A+

My garage door broke suddenly and loudly after coming back from the store. I called Precision and they had a repairman out within 2 hours. Michael Wallace was very polite and explained the options and got the work done in about an hour. It now works better than it did before.
