Dominique arrived with in fifteen minutes as scheduled after we talk about change the key pad Dominique tried two different key pad it turned out to be a communication problem with the key pad and the motor Dominique show us some different models and prices we decided to purchase the genie garage door opener. Dominique was very professional and knowledgeable installering our new garage door opener. We have used precision earlier in this year to replace our roll and lubricting our spring. We are very happy with the service we received.

First time using Precision Door company. Excellent customer service from when I called to set up an appointment, to the technician calling before coming and while servicing my issues. Adam the technician what an outstanding and pleasure to work with. He was easy to talk with and when reviewing all of the options he had he was detailed and answered any questions I had. The work he did was excellent and I was extremely impressed with he also went over what he sees may be an issue and showed me. He offered to write down those issues he say may be an issue in the future and will have them emailed to me.

I usually do my own work but this time I felt it was time to have an Expert look at everything. Robe Blanchette called about 15 minutes before he got here and started to work right away. He checked over everything and replaced my belt as I needed to have done. He noticed my lift cable was of the old style from Over 25 years ago and made a few suggestions. After reviewing them with my wife we agreed and the cables, wheels and Drums were all replaced. As i watched him work i realized he also gave me something you no longer see, “Care and attention to detail”! Thank you Robe!

Had a little problem with my garage door. Call and schedule an appointment for today between 10am and 2pm. At 10 am got a call from Robbie that he was on his way. He knew what the problem was and went right away to fixed it. When I ask how much I owe, he smile and told me it was under warranty, I expect to have to pay at least for the trip. To my surprise there was no charge, But better than that is how courteous and professional Robbie was at all times. I will recommend and use Progressive. Thank you Robbie you are a great asset to the company.

Noah Geer was great! Our hurricane impact garage door is very heavy and needed updated springs, etc for the motor to open and close the heavy door. Love that they come with fully stocked trucks and the repairs and replacement parts were available and installed in one visit.
