Don't need often BUT when I do you always come thru, this time was just a oil job, Lucas was our service man did a check and all was good 1 thing he mention was wired thing would eventually need replacing starting to stretch so got cost and figured to job while here. Pricing was good, Lucas was great and customer service great got me in same day I called. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Door opener & door both were in like new condition having been up dated by Precision a Year or so ago. Hurricane Debby power interruptions for short time possibly several short times the garage door opener had lost its programming so correcting that and all is well now. Your technician was very knowledgeable of your business and made some suggestions to consider there's a few hinges that were never installed on the door from the builder 5 years ago and might upgrade the surge protector could be beneficial. I'm grateful for his suggestions and professionalism.

Garage door spring broke, called precision at 7pm that night. Made an appointment for the following morning. Representative arrived right on time. Did a survey of what I needed, quoted a price and replaced the spring. very professional and courteous . Inspected the door and associated equipment, advised of what could possibly break or go wrong. Will call again if anything goes wrong.

Excellent customer service !! Office staff was very helpful, including a call day of service. Also Logan, our service tech was above and beyond ! He called we he was 15 minutes away. I was previously familiar with Precision from living in Massachusetts. After reviewing the options available in Wimauma I was pleased to see the Precision Door was also a major player in this market.
