Door opener & door both were in like new condition having been up dated by Precision a Year or so ago. Hurricane Debby power interruptions for short time possibly several short times the garage door opener had lost its programming so correcting that and all is well now. Your technician was very knowledgeable of your business and made some suggestions to consider there's a few hinges that were never installed on the door from the builder 5 years ago and might upgrade the surge protector could be beneficial. I'm grateful for his suggestions and professionalism.

Garage door spring broke, called precision at 7pm that night. Made an appointment for the following morning. Representative arrived right on time. Did a survey of what I needed, quoted a price and replaced the spring. very professional and courteous . Inspected the door and associated equipment, advised of what could possibly break or go wrong. Will call again if anything goes wrong.

I was previously familiar with Precision from living in Massachusetts. After reviewing the options available in Wimauma I was pleased to see the Precision Door was also a major player in this market. I was totally satisfied with the work performed by Technician Jimmy Johnson, the information provided, the quote and, most amazingly, he was ready to do the installation on the spot. I am very pleased with the product that was installed but even more so by the fact the previous faults were corrected at the same time. OUCH!! This was a very expensive endeavor. My house is 2 years old but I could not open one of the garage doors with the door opener. In the end, a bunch of things were done, i,e. replace head on Liftmaster $499, tune up of 3 garage doors $249, transportation $20.00 and supplies $53.76-totalling $821.76 I kick myself for not having shopped around.

I thought the cost of repairing my garage door was exorbitant, therefore in my review of the service I stated as much. The next day Precision telephoned me to negotiate a lower price, and one that I thought was quite reasonable. I find such actions to ensure customer satisfaction is rare and the fact that Precision undertook this action is not only appreciated but will encourage future assistance from them in the future.

I was very pleased with the technician who came to my home to fix my remote beeper. He was very, very nice and helpful. I was however taken aback by the service fee. My husband had called to make the appointment and was told there was no service fee. He wasn't told a repair needed to be made to wave the fee. That took me by surprise. Of course I paid the fee, but wasn't very happy about it.
