Our garage door opener broke late on Thursday afternoon and I called Precision and they set up an appointment for Friday morning . Chris Enlow from Precision arrived early on Friday . He was very courteous and professional and showed me 3 options he had for replacing my opener . After I picked an option he was able to install the new opener quickly and efficiently .. After the installation was completed Chris spent a good amount of time explaining all the features with my new opener since the opener that was replaced was over 30 years old . I was very happy with the service provided by Chris . The cost was more than I expected but then I hadn't replaced an opener in over 30 years .

I can’t praise these guys enough. My garage decided to break on me this morning to the point where I could only close it half way. I called precision and the operator lady I wish I could remember her name was so helpful and nice. I had to call back an hr later and change the service time and the same lady helped me. She was so sweet and understanding and helped me bring my anxiety down. When the technician Brent came he was absolutely amazing. He saved the day. He def pulled me of the ledge. He was absolutely amazing! I totally recommend these guys. Precision thank you for saving the day!!! You guys rock!!!

John was outstanding! He listened to all of my concerns and inspected everything. He discovered visible a broken spring, fractures/breaks in the door, hinges, worn-out rollers and frayed cables that are well over 26 years old. We were looking to replace the doors over a year ago and decided to have them replaced. John helped us select what Precision offered and all the warranty options. We decided with IRMA and most resent IAN this was the best choice for our Home and Family. We will recommend John and Precision in the future.
