Went to close my garage door on Saturday afternoon and the chain snapped with the door about half way closed. I called Precision Door because I had used them several times before and they were great, I called around 3:30 to make an appointment for Monday morning and they said they could come out today to access the problem. Shortly after 5:00, Logan came and determined that I need a new opener. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He gave me 3 options for me to choose from, then I asked when he would be able to install and his response was right now. He went to work and installed my new opener then walked me through how to operate and set up attaching to my Wi-Fi. Logan was especially nice to work with but I have always been very happy with any service tech that came to my house. Precision Door does not charge an extra fee for weekends and they are great to deal with. I would highly recommend them. Logan was very nice, great personality, friendly and did an excellent job installing the new opener and explaining how everything would work with the Wi-Fi connection.

Tim, our Precision Overhead Garage Door Technician/Advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He offered three options which would fill our needs, and gave us time to study the proposals. There was absolutely no pressure. He guided us through the entire decision making process. Furthermore, he personally performed the installation of two Highlift Garage Door openers the next day. The entire experience could not have been better. Initially we felt the entire costs were high, but after seeing the amount of work involved and the resultant quality of the work we were extremely pleased. I could not be more pleased. I called and in a matter of a few hours the technician, Luke Rose, was at my door. He inspected the door and listed what he felt had to be done to correct the issue I had. I agreed to the work he recommended and also the price if the job. he proceeded to do what was necessary and in a matter of a bit over an hour had the door repaired and running better than it ever had before. Luke showed courtesy and knowledge through out the whole time he was here. If I ever need a person to fix either garage doors I would love to have Luke do that job. You have an exceptional young man in Luke . representing your company. In your products there were more than just one as we needed a new opener with new motor, openers, tract, balls in doors and re doing the wiring to replace the old door mechanics.
