240601’- Precision Garage Doors - Review I am EXREMELY pleased with the entire experience. Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly, professional, and delivered wonderful customer service. (Something that is extremely rare these days.) I was surprised by how quickly an appointment was scheduled and how quickly Jack got back to me with a quote. Also, Jack was very good about taking prompt about taking my calls and handling my request promptly. I was amazed at how quickly Jack was able to get the installation scheduled and completed. We were having the house painted and only realize a few days before the schedule date, that the door should be replaced. It was absolutely unreasonable to expect that the installation could be scheduled in our timeframe, but to my surprise, Jack made it happen! I was not present during the installation, but those present were EXTREMELY complimentary of the tech. Just a few of the superlatives were fast, profession and seeming very experienced. A direct quote is that "the guy was a f**king beast!" ;-) Lastly, the quality of the door was far better than I could have imagined. (Not only is good customer service rare these days, so is product quality.) I hated that in modern rating system, anything less than a 5-star review is considered a slight, so I just wanted to say that Precision exceeded expectations in every way and they have type of employees that any business should cherish. I would give them more stars if I could and an assured A+!

Alex was amazing. He call me with ETA. He arrived as expected. He accessed the issues finding that I need the springs, bolts and rollers replaced. He gave me a quote with options and explained the warranty of the parts. And after agreeing to the cost of the repairs also payment options was explained. After the repair was complete I was asked to see the completed working, showing and explaining what was done and testing opening the garage.Alex was very professional and he respect my home. The day before Memorial Day, a coil spring snapped on my double garage door. My son had used Precision Overhead Garage Doors a few years back on his garage for the same thing - a broken spring. I had previously used two other garage door companies, but decided to go with my son's recommendation. I called that afternoon and was able to get a morning appointment on Memorial Day - plus number one. The second plus was immediately receiving an email from Precision with the scheduled installer's name, his picture and a bio of his customer's reviews. Plus number three was the installer (Joshua Figueroa) calling thirty minutes before arriving (as promised) and on time. Plus number 4 was Joshua was training a new employee and saw firsthand Joshua's management skills as well as his job knowledge pointing out to Nicco (new trainee) even the smallest details of performing the job. Joshua is an excellent trainer as well as an outstanding installer and Nicco is going to make a very good Precision associate. The fifth plus. and obvious the most important one, is the professional results I received. Nicco and Joshua walked me through what they felt were potential areas that I might want to consider having them perform to make my garage door not only safer but operate more smoothly. They never pressured me regarding their findings. They were just providing information for me so I could make an informed decision. Besides having them install two new coil springs (never want to replace only one side), I saw the wear on the cable drums and wires and replaced those and a few other items. Five stars for five pluses with the fifth plus weighted as the most important. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors especially Joshua (and Nicco). Thank you for the time you spent educating me so I could make an informed decision.
