Lloyd Tanner is quick, professional and very personable. He put in an overhead bracket and added nylon rollers. He also oiled the entire mechanism and made adjustments at no charge. I used Precision about 6 years ago for a different repair and was just as pleased which is why I called them again. Customer service is their number one goal and they have no hidden charges or extra fees such as charges for weekends or evenings. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.
