Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

After two very unsatisfactory calls to other companies to come out and fix our broken springs, we finally called Precision . . . and couldn't be happier with the result. First, the scheduler we spoke with was very personable and thorough. Second, the impressive confirmation email we received (mere moments after the call) had our address slightly wrong, most likely my fault. I called back to fix it, and was told by the woman who answered "I was just looking at that, and thought it didn't seem right". I think I may have beat her to that call by only a few minutes. Third, our appointment was set between 4-8pm, and at just a few minutes after 4, we got a call from Mike, telling me he was heading to the call ahead of us, and anticipated he would be done there around 6:30, and would call again when he was on his way. At 6:15 Mike called again, letting me know when he would arrive. Fourth, when Mike arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He did the necessary repairs, let me know what else might need to be done, but was not pushy. He was done in the time frame he anticipated, and definitely over-delivered on service. Cable companies and many other "serivce" providers have lost the true meaning of customer service. Precision, Mike, and the rest of the staff we dealt with, demonstrated a level of professionalism that most companies can't even fathom, much less achieve. Your emails, website, technician profiles, and obvious training are impressive, to say the least. We would absolutely use Precision again, and will recommend you to anyone with any garage door issues. Thank you for a great experience.
