Didn't believe the "service 24/7, weekend appointments, evening appointments" statement. Basically - been there, done that. I was told my appointment would be between 2 and 6pm. At about 2pm the tech, Frank called to advise me he was running late and would get to me about 4pm. Before 4 he called and was on his way. PROFESSIONAL is all I can say. We spoke, discussed the condition of my door and what was needed. Frank was up front with everything. I needed springs and a new operator. The system was almost 10 yrs. old and there was no logic in a repair vs new.Frank did the exchanges quickly, professionally and explained anything I wished to know. Now I can not hear my door open or close. All this on a Saturday evening while Frank's children sat home waiting for him. THANK YOU !!! PROMISE KEPT....
