PRECISION is the only call you need to make!! It started with my call. The young lady who answered was very pleasant and offered me several time slots. When I told her I needed evening, she offered 6pm-10pm. She reviewed my contact information and shortly thereafter I received a text confirming my timeframe. The next day I received a phone call from James letting me know he was 34 minutes away from my house. When he arrived, he was following COVID precautions and we talked about my garage door needs. He started with a thorough inspection. Afterwards, he explained several options for equipment and pricing. Once I had decided what I wanted, he told me he could install that evening!!!! After about 3 hours, James let me know that he had finished all the conversion work and it would take a few more hours to install the opener. He was willing to stay but I decided it was a bit late. James let me know that he would schedule himself to come back the next day after I got home from work. The following day James was in my driveway before I got home. He completed the install and ensured I was satisfied with everything. He programmed my opener and answered all of my questions regarding maintenance, safety and everyday operations. James was professional, polite and very attentive to detail. It’s a pleasure to have such wonderful people working at my house. Thank you James and Precision Door, you have a lifelong customer now!!

I selected Precision because of reputation. I had them install a garage door in 2011 and was pleased with the service tech and the door. I called Precision when the opener was not working. Again I was happy with the service tech and the opener.
