I found Precision Garage Door on the Internet just yesterday, Tuesday, August 27,2024 as I we were having problems with the door. I called Precision and spoke with Amanda who was so very Polite and Helpful that I felt at ease and knew that I wanted this company to come and Repair my Garage Door. The Technician came Today, Wednesday August 28,2024. He was very Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Professional. In no time he assessed the problem and provided a solution and also gave us options. He went over and beyond our expectations by granting us a very favorable reduction on the price which we will be accepting as soon as Funds are available. It seems rare these days: A company that is really interested in helping you out of a jam (or a jammed garage door, in my case). Booking the appointment was easy, the chat feature was great and fast, both techs texted before they arrived and even gave me the opportunity to make the appointments earlier because they were already in the area. This last one was very welcome, especially on a Friday. Both techs were super polite and kept us informed along the way. You don't call Precision because things are going well and on track with your garage door. You call because things have gone off the rails, you need someone to get there quickly and fix the problem so you can bring the cat in at night. Peace of mind. These guys are very professional.
