10 Star rating from beginning to end! Initial request for a quote was quickly followed-up. Consultation at the house to decide the best door option, wanted hurricane ratings, was scheduled within one day. Great explanation of the options for door, quote was provided on site allowing opportunity to discuss any questions. Door was installed in less than a week. Installers had great communication. On time, professional and courteous! Door installed in half a day. Reviewed the operation of the door. Completed any paperwork and job finished. Highly recommend!

As always, Precision was easy and pleasant to deal with…and this was on a Saturday midday. The tech was at my house in three hours (he called on his way). He quickly found that my very old opener had broken. (As, I suspected). So a new opener was installed. This company from start to finish is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. And, I highly recommend them!

I called because my door had been noisy closing, and now it needed a new battery. It was a good time to get a checkup. Adam Miechle came on time, quickly showed me how to lubricate my door, changed the battery. He left me a spray can of lubricant and knowing a lot more about my door.

Best described as an awesome experience. Requested emergency repairs on line@ 8am. Your technician Zac was on site at 9:30 am! Zac investigated the issues and provided a detailed, easy to understand explanation of the issues the costs involved. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Can’t find better customer service than that. I was drawn to your TV ads that hi-lighted the veterans on your team. Further, as a veteran myself, I was afforded a Veteran’s discount! Called in the evening when I discovered a broken spring, got an appointment for the next morning. Mike, the technician came out and gave me a full rundown of all the issues with our garage doors. They had been neglected for over 10 years. He got me up and running shortly thereafter and explained all the maintenance I should keep up with going forward. Great service all around!

it’s never a good time when your garage door will not open! Fortunately we called Precision and they sent out a technician named Michael. He diagnosed the problem, (bad belt on opener) gave us options of replacing belt or replacing unit. we decided to put in a new unit since the old one was15 years old. The new one works like a cham, it is much quieter! Very happy with Precision for their quick response, their professionalism and a very capable technician.

Andrew Goldsmith did a spectacular job installing our door. He made sure to seal well with double trim and showed us how to lube the moving parts twice a year. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was so personable that he'd likely do well in your sales department as well. Definitely an asset! Melanie (designer) was also friendly and extremely helpful, going over several options as we wanted a very high r- value. She made it a pleasurable experience for us. We are very happy with our door and Precision.
