Sean was so nice, courteous and professional. Had an issue with the BBU needing replaced. Finally, received the BBU order and as always, promptly scheduled Sean to replace. I choose Precision because it was a familiar name from commercials and when I saw the great reviews, my decision was made. The office responded quickly and arranged an appointment for me that same day! WOW! Chris was the technician and he was friendly and a delight to work with. He completed the replacement of our garage opener in a timely fashion and did a great job cleaning up. I called Precision back because I forgot to have them program my husbands truck and car to open the door as well. We had Precision replace the garage door on our newly purchased home in March 2020. Service was friendly. Told us that cables were frayed and that they had to be replaced. When we asked how much that would be we were told “not much at all”. Cables ended up being $255, which is much more than “not much at all”. After we paid, I asked for the old cables. On inspection I found that the cables were not frayed at all. I’m tired of being taken advantage of by contractors.

Precision Garage Doors installed my metal door 7 years ago, and some of the parts were worn so I had them replaced. The spring would not hold the door open any more (no garage door opener) unless I balanced the door just right in the fully open position. And the rubber seal on the bottom of the door just deteriorated and was falling off in pieces. All to be expected after 7 years. Nick was my technician, and did an excellent job. Quick same-day appointment and was all finished in about an hour and a half. He was very professional and friendly and I would recommend Precision Garage Doors.
