Your company was recommended by the owner of the previous company we had used who is no longer in business. Courteous, efficient, and professional service began with your receptionist when I called for an appointment. It continued with the very gentlemanly technician, Frank Soto. He put me at ease that he knew what he was talking about, and after a full inspection of our garage door problem and I had full confidence in his recommendations. Afterwards, he took the time to show me all the new parts and discuss with me the proper maintenance going forward. (The only problem now is that the door is so quiet that I won't hear my husband coming home! ha-ha)
