Christopher Elkington, who was here. Was very informative. After checking everything out. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, what needed top priority repair. He also informed me of the wear and tear of the other items, that really should be replaced. If not now. Would be soon. After everything was said and done, gave me time to ask a lot of questions… In which he answered honestly. That alone put him at the top of the list. Once I decided, what I wanted done. He was right on the job. He had everything in the van he needed to do the entire job. Again, very impressive. I was having trouble, trying to figure out what I wanted to do. . Financially, he let me know of payment option. In which, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my system. Which I would’ve had to have done anyway.. so let’s just say. By the end of the completion of the job, I was very satisfied. He went over everything with me. Answer any remaining questions.. above and beyond with other questions I’ve asked. It worked straight now sounds great.. say I’m a very happy customer. Thank you again.. I have other homes, I guarantee you they need work done. They will be getting another callback from me.. I would tell my friends to go to them first. I really wish she found out more places he dealt with.. thanks again, guys ,five stars all the way!

Accidentally hit my garage door when it was still opening and bent a couple of the brackets and the rollers that let the door operate. Went online at 4am and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Mike Beckum was the technician and showed up on time and went right to work. Job completed in under two hours and everything is working great. I will be calling them again should I ever need them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND MIKE.

My 10 year old garage door was show signs of mechanical and operational wear, such as opening slowly and also a loose fitting to the frame seals. I suspected the wheels on the tracks to be the cause and invited Precision to my house to give me assessment on my door. Jeremy, the Precision repairman, arrived on time and within 15-20 minutes concluded his evaluation. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained to me what was needed to fix the problem, as well as suggesting some additional part replacements. He said the main problem were the springs. They were worn and lost their tension over time. I agreed and he proceeded with the repairs. During the processes he informed me that additional parts and labor would be needed for various reasons, all-in-all to make the door more durable and beneficial in operating. I again agreed. At the conclusion of the repairs and to my satisfaction, all was again operational. Jermey assured me that all was working correctly and said the door should not need serviced for possibly the next 5 years. However...just three days later, after being away for the weekend, the door would only slightly open. Turns out the chain and sprocket mechanism need to be replaced. At this point, based of cost of the repair and frustration, I was ready to only rate Precision service with 2 stars. What changed me to giving a 5 star rating was that Jermey had the whole chain mechanism repaired and replaced at no additional charge. Outstanding for backing up their service. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend them to others.
