My mom was having trouble with her keypad. She was selling her condo and was being told by the buyer that she had to replace the entire garage door opener system. Precision fixed the keypad, got it talking to the opener again, for less than $50! My mom was greatly relieved. Very impressive and cost-effective!

It has been a number of years since I last utilized Precision. They remain the same professionally-operated and quality business that I last remember. The two staff we dealt this time with were both professional and friendly in their demeanor, including Zach, the Tech. asked on how he came across, I continuously felt as though he was being frank and forthright when discussing needs and costs. He explained things well using lay-person terminology. Found out while talking with him, while he is from Orlando, he is assisting Precision here in the local area to help the company catch up on community post-hurricane needs. Doing so says a lot about Zach as an employee, and Precision as a company. Highly recommend as a company.

Precision installed our new door opener last year and we have been so pleased. We have never had an issue until now. When hurricane Helene blew threw the other night, we had power surges and outages all night and into the next morning, which apparently knocked something out and we could not open/close the door. After trying, unsuccessfully to reset the openers, I put in a service request, thinking it would be days until they could come with all the hurricane damage. Our tech was here the next day and had it reset in two minutes. I am so grateful for how polite and professional he was, but mostly for how he went out of his way to not make me feel stupid, as this was probably something I could have done had I taken time to fully read the reset instructions. I highly recommend this local Precision team!! Thanks, guys!

Jeremy arrived to diagnosis the reason for a loud noise when opening and closing the garage door. Because of his knowledge and expertise, the problem was solved quickly, and now my garage door hums happily (and quietly!) when opening and closing. Do yourself a favor and don't choose any other company but Precision for anything related to your garage door. Oh, and I also chose them for the install 3 yrs prior.
