I'll give the serve person 5-stars, he was great. The cost of the repair was horrible $756 for 2 springs and it only took him about 40-min for the whole job. I looked up the springs on line and the same ones cost $120 for a kit which includes 2 springs and the steel rods used to adjust the tension.

the service we received was outstanding!!! Two men worked continuously. And they cleaned it all up great. Only thing that went wrong was my fault!!! They put the paper work where they were suppose to, AND TOLD ME the inspector will need it........ so leave it there! Well, I don't know why, but I forgot......and took it down......and when the inspector came, because I didn't have the paperwork, Precision had to reissue the paperwork.

The garage door spring failed on a Saturday afternoon. Precision Door dispatched a technician with 4 hours and made the repair. The spring was under warranty from an installation they made for me in 2020. The technician (Sean) was professional and installed a new spring at no charge. I was pleased with the quick response since I could not get the garage door open when the spring broke, and I had an appointment early Sunday morning.

Our garage door spring broke this morning. We called Precision and they were here within a short time. We found out that we had parts that were worn out. So we had the springs and some parts replaced. Nick did a fantastic job. He was so polite and professional. We’re so glad we used Precision and was so nice to have Nick take care of us. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

The technician was meticulous in his efforts to determine the problem in the operation of the door and worked efficiently in installing the new opener. I was however disappointed that the $15:00 discount coupon was not factored into the cost of the new opener.

When I needed a quick repair - due to a broken spring - I called Precision. The repairman arrived a couple of hours later and went right to work replacing the springs. He was very professional and friendly, and thoroughly explained the various possibilities from which to choose. He was an expert at his job and was very careful with everything.

Precision doors performed very well as usual as I had them repair my other double door spring installation. This one was a single door spring installation. The fellow technician Jimmy Johnson REALLYKNEW HIS TRADE AND DID A SEAMLESS TRANSITION OF BROKEN TO INSTALLED IN A VERY EFFICIENT ANF KNOWLEDGEABLE MANNER. If I had a garage door company or for that matter, any other company, I would not hesitate to hire jimmy as he is at the top of his game and Precision Door Company should be very thankful that you have him as a representative with technical skills that match the job and thensome. I had a spring break in the morning. Looked for a repair and found Precision listed. I called and was greeted on the phone with courtesy and respect. Set up an appointment between 4 and 8 pm that day, yesterday the 14th. Was told the mechanic would call before arrival. Nick called at 4:10 and said he was about 20-25 minutes away. He arrived, inspected the door, and gave me estimates of what need to be done to be up and running again; and also pointed out some other problems for future reference. By 5:30 my household was back in business. Strongly recommend this company and its workers.
