Garage door opener went out late in the afternoon. I called and they immediately scheduled me for the next morning. Chad showed up, expertly assessed the issue. Recommended options and then upon my decision and approval went to work replacing old opener system and servicing the door. He was prompt, polite, and quickly had all repairs made and area cleaned up. Obviously had a well stocked truck with all needed parts and supplies. I highly recommend Precision and Chad. Well done!

About 3 o’clock in the afternoon I discovered that my garage door would not work….I called Precision and they said someone would be there within an hour or so… Around 4 o’clock Brad arrived and inspected my door and found I needed a new garage door opener…I thought he would have to come back the next day to install it….but NO he had one in his truck and he could install it immediately….Brad proceeded to install the opener and did a fantastic job…He went above and beyond the call of duty… I would highly recommend Precision door because of the quality of the product but most important on their service reps…. I was having problem with my wall control unit where it almost appeared to be shorting out. Jeremy Rossi came to my rescue and not only fixed the wall unit but pointed out to me how my cables were absolutely frayed and ready to break. Jeremy explained in detail everything I might want to consider replacing and gave options for the different parts. He was so kind and considerate in helping a senior understand exactly what was occurring. I would recommend this company and Jeremy to everyone!!

5/6/22 Zach called ahead and said he could come a little early and if it was okay with me. I told him it would be fine. My garage door kept opening and closing by itself. He checked out the garage door opener and said that it needed to be reset. Zach reset it and waited a short while to make sure it was working properly. He was very professional and polite.

Garage door spring broke at 8:30 am on Saturday. Called Precision at 9:00 am, they said they would have some one out between 10 and 12. At 9:55 the service Tech was here. He evaluated everything and gave me a quote. I told him fix it. By 11:30 am he was done and I was back in business. Great Service !

Chris Johnson was our repair tech. He was very patient and professional helping us work through a warranty situation. I'm a DIY guy, but garage door springs are way too dangerous to do by yourself. Based on the level of service Chris provided, as well as the support staff, I would not consider calling any other company.

My service was beyond extraordinary. Called early in the morning 7:00am and immediately had someone on the phone who was professional . Had an appointment same day as advertised.The technician called when he was on his way. Our door would not open the motor was shot. Same day! Anew state of the art, battery backup and WiFi web enabled system installed. The tech even reprogrammed our car homelinks. Five stars is not enough!

I needed to replace a broken garage door opener and went with the best as I did last time. They determined I had other problems as well. They installed a new and very quiet opener and corrected the other problems much quicker than I expected. As always they were fantastic and very helpful in programming all devices. I said it before and will say it again now, I will use nobody else for anything related to our garage door or openers.
