I had to have them come out and change the spring because it broke. They done a very good job. Just had to replace the garage opener the young man came out and gave me a two prices one for a quick fix and one to replace the whole unit. I took the new unit and the price was very reasonable. So if you want a great company they are the ones.

My service was exceptional! Response time was about 30 minutes from the time of my call - serviceman was very polite, solved my problem in about 15 seconds, then proceeded to do some additional lubrication of the springs and adjusted the motor to quiet it slightly. Best service we've ever had!

Baylor my technician was the best. Very courteous and took the time to listen to me as I explained the problem. He did a very thorough inspection. He recommended replacing the unit and was able to do that quickly. My only concern was the markup on the replacement garage door opener. I looked it up and I paid at least 3 times what I could have bought the system for. Baylor was excellent and I would recommend him to any potential customer! If I could hire him to work for me I would! As far as Precision goes they are prompt and they take care of the problem but are very expensive.

I had a gap in my rubber seal on one side so I called Precision to make an appointment. Richard showed up and asked me what the problem was. As I explained to him that the door on a couple of occasion came down on one of my cars bumper as the car wasn't pulled up far enough and I thought the door might be out of alignment. I asked him to do an assessment as the door was pretty old and the springs had only been replaced once in 20 some years. Richard gave me his worksheet from most needed repairs to the least needed. I chose to take care the most important repairs. Here it is late in the afternoon and he asked me if I wanted to do the work now as he had all the parts necessary or make an appointment a later date. I asked him isn't it getting close for you to get home, I don't want to keep you here after hours and he said no big deal I can be out of here in a couple of hours. So I told him to go ahead and make the repairs. After everything was replaced the gap on the right side was still showing a little so he called on some experts and they walked him through some adjustments. He stuck with it till it was perfect and that made me happy. Richard had good work ethics, was very professional and I'm now glad my door is quit, smooth, and most of all sealed to keep those nasty critters out of my garage.

I didn't have the whole amount to pay at that moment and they were nice to make it in 4 installments, no interest just pay what you owe, and they placed a new garage door opener and fix the rollers on my garage door. We called them on a Sunday afternoon, because our garage door opener died, could not open or close the door.. 3 hours later he was here, he saw the very old original opener and confirmed it was dead... He went to work installing a new system with bells and whistles we had no idea existed. It is now quiet, efficient, and we are very happy with it, The installer explained everything that was new.
