Precision provides wonderful service. They came the same day we called for service. The technician checked everything and explained what to expect for the coming replacement of the motor. And, there was no charge for the service call!

Called for a service visit, could have gotten same day service but I was not available so came the next day, They were very efficient and nice people, and the same day replaced the opener and spring. I could not ask for better service or technicians. Everything was so well explained. I would give them five stars. I think Shawn and Carlos were the two technicians.
