Our technician Alex arrived within the time frame given. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained what repairs were needed to be done and the cost. His technical abilities were one of his greatest assets, no slam, bam. I CHOSE YOUR COMPANY SINCE YOU DID WORK BEFORE ON MY GARAGE DOOR SOME YEARS AGO. MY DOOR MOTOR AND DRIVE WAS MAKING BIG POPPING SOUNDS AS MY DOOR WENT UP THIS MORNING SO I CALLED YOU GUYS RIGHT AWAY. My garage door opener quit last night. I called Precision this morning and there was someone here before 11:00AM. Austin determined the problem and since my opener was over 20 years old, I opted for a new opener. He installed the new opener and put new seals on the bottom of my door. Such a nice, personable young man that did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Austin!

Great experience. Door failed on a Friday night so I called Saturday morning and the door was repaired Saturday afternoon. No additional charge for the weekend. Travis explained the single spring operation would continue to cause the cables to come off the pulley and the single spring was bent. I went with the 2 spring option and better hardware. 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Strongly recommend this company.

I called the company and less ten 20 minutes Josh was there. WOW! Talk about service. Josh was our guy and he was great. Friendly, clean, well-educated, and professional. Our garage door shook violently when it was opened for the first time each day. A technician from another garage door company made adjustments to the overhead track and replaced rollers . . . the problem remained. Josh from Precision came out and immediately diagnosed the problem . . . it was the seal at the bottom of the door sticking to a recently painted floor. Josh gave us suggestions to resolve the problem ourselves. We took Josh's advice and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. The door has been opening smoothly ever since. Thank you Josh for your expert analysis, your professionalism, and for saving us money. Precision is the only company we will rely on from now on.

I would like to give a shout out to your tech Brian that came out and replaced the opener. Not only did he do that but changed out the springs and added the sensors and new keypad. He showed me how bad the springs were and after the change what a difference. He was professional and courteous at all times! What an employee to show off your business. He talked about what you have done for them and talked about what a great place it is to work for. I enjoyed staying out there and helping out when I could and learning as much about taking care of the equipment. I cannot say enough about how he handled himself and showed professionalism for the job and your company. As a former Marine thank you for the discount as well. I would recommend your company to anyone needing a garage door repair!!

From my initial contact, to completion of work, was only about 4 hours! My door was acting crazy, stopping, reversing, wouldn't close. It needed new mechanical parts -- they were replaced and although my door will not tell me the time, in all other respects it works like a Swiss watch! Smooth and quiet! The technician also solved another problem for me -- I had long wanted to get something besides the normal, bulky remote, and they were replaced with a small key fob that works great! Couldn't be happier with the timeliness, thoroughness, and quality of the work performed by Precision Garage Door technician!

Chris arrived just before the window of noon to 4 that was given to us from your phone agent. Very polite. Inspected the existing opener and gave us several options, from parts that would work for a repair, to a new replacement opener. We went with a new opener and parts plus a new motor. He gave us a time estimate needed for the work and was finished right on the money. I would recommend both Precision and Chris.

Although the tech was on time and courteous the prices were very high. Unfortunately I needed some of the work done ASAP. Upon calling another company to price work suggested by Precision I learned I way over paid and did not need the additional work recommended. Beware of there pricing.
