Chris in the office was very caring and helpful. Our tech Codi was very efficient and thorough and did a great job. I previously used Precision Door Service to install new garage door openers which was 10 years ago. When my back-up battery on the openers needed to be replaced, I reached out to them again and was very pleased with the results. Bobby, the technician, was so helpful & courteous. Repair person showed up on time. A very clean ,very nice young man, who had the nicest manners and explained what was wrong with my garage door and how he was going to fix it. Received a call from the technician that a prior client had cancelled and he was asking if he could come early. This was a blessing for me since I was scheduled for an appointment later in the day. The technician arrived and we reviewed the problem and discussed various repair plans with cost. After agreeing he commenced with working. He removed damaged parts and replaced with new.
