Steve was an excellent technician. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and replaced the springs. I appreciate how quickly someone was able to come out. Steve had everything taken care of within an hour or two. The door is working well.

They originally over 20 yrs ago installed our openers and also over the years have replaced pullies and springs. I have to say that Brian came today and he was very efficient and explained we could do the springs for both doors at another time, but he was here and such a nice guy i had him do it while he was here . I would highly recommend you to anyone i know and especially Brian.

I called Precision to replace a lost remote control and restore the code on the sensor. Not only did Cody to both things immediately, but he pointed our the different parts of the garage door structure that were in need of replacement if the door was to continue to function. He answered all my questions, gave me time to think about doing it, and sprang into action when I gave him the go ahead. What a joy to know that I can drive in and out of my garage without having to get out of my car in the rain and snow. What a delight to know the door will work for another 10 years.

The technician called during the prearranged time and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied with the work carried out for rebuilding the garage door. Our technician Brain was courteous and an expert on product knowledge, and explained the work that would be carried out and how long it would take. I was impressed with the parts carried on the van, and hence the work was carried out in the quickest time possible. I would recommend and definitely use Precision in any future garage repair work.
