Precision installed my garage door about 10 years ago. I started having issues where the door would sometimes not close and one of the springs looked like it was getting stretched out. Also the door was kind of wobbling when opening/closing and was very noisy. My technician Brian was here today to repair my garage door. I can't say enough good things about him and my experience today! Brian was so courteous, extremely professional yet friendly, he explained everything to me in detail, gave me an opportunity to ask questions and made recommendations. He did a thorough inspection to be sure that he covered everything and we then decided on a course of action. The repairs to the garage door were done quickly and efficiently and my door now opens and closes again as it should. I would recommend Precision to anyone and especially my technician Brian. Thank you Brian for a great experience today!
