Technician, Brian Ford was very professional and knowledgeable, absolute pleasure dealing with him. He gave me a clear understanding as to what was causing my problem. He explained some preventive maintenance measures I can do myself. He solved my problem. Finally, Brian provided some recommendations to consider in the future. Also, Colleen, Customer Service/Receptionist was also very professional in helping me set-up my service call. Great company! Thank you!

I called late yesterday afternoon stating my car was in the garage and the door wouldn't open. Technician called that he could come earlier than the app't today. He looked at the situation, found the problem and already fixed it. Who could ask for better than that?
