Paid over 8k for the garage door and not happy. I wanted the doors to have a clear coat finish. That's what I ordered, at least what I asked for. Now my word against salesman, who was a nice guy to deal with. I specifically stated I wanted a clear finish and also needed the spec of the material that would be used so I could refinish the doors when needed. This company seems well run, but this is truly wrong especially given what I paid.

I was very disappointed with Cody this time. He arrived - said "Take the car out of the garage." No please. No thank-you. It continued this way. Did not want to be bothered with anything. He left - light was not working. I realized he put in the new wall control without giving me any instructions. I was able to call him back. "Forgot to put in the bulbs" he said. " Get me a bulb." I asked for instructions. He gave them grudgingly. Wanted to get out as fast as he could. he never apologized. I will ask for another tech in the future. He must have had a bad day. Very different from last time. I deserved a little more respect and instruction.
