Excellent ! Precision sent Jimmy the day I called and he quickly determined that I needed a new garage door opener. (Mine was decades old.) He installed the new one right there. They did excellent job. No complains. New door working fine and much quieter than the old one. I gave 4 stars only because of the long waiting time for brown door special order, but that probably related to the manufacturer more than to Precision.

Very pleased with Cody's Professional knowledge and workmanship. Cody immediately fixed the service call problem with the loose belt and told me why it occurred. He then notified me the system was too noisy and spent the time to tighten up the system to eliminate the noise. When finished, he ask if there was anything else. I told him about a problem with the light on door opener would not work, I tried half a dozen light bulbs to no avail. Cody knew what the problem was and fixed it in no time. I was very impressed on his expert knowledge of the electrical system and problems that occur over time and how to remedy them.

We had a problem opening and closing our garage door. We could not find any debris near the door, and the door had not been serviced for a while, so we contacted Precision. The service technician identified the problem, tightened the door guides, adjusted the sensors, and removed excess grit from the sensors. The technician was very professional and friendly. He also answered all of our maintenance questions.

The service tech was professional, and honest about the cost of fixing and replacing existing garage door. So for only a couple hundred dollars more, I am replacing a 30+year wood garage door with a steel inside and out insulated garage door. They also matched competitors coupons and pricing....so do your homework.
