I called Precision to install a new Garage Door Opener I had purchased. When the technician (Jim) arrived he gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the old unit (I had just purchased the house and didn't know much about it). He sold me two new remote control units for the old unit and told me to send the new one back to Amazon, saving me hundreds of dollars. He even programmed the remote in my car! First rate service!

What struck me when visiting the website was the same day service. Loved that! My garage door was broken and I needed parts replaced . Brian Ford was the technician and he was fantastic. Explained everything to me clearly, simply and laid out my options. He even saved me money!!! My other door is bound to break soon and I will definitely call Percision again and I will recommend them to anyone I know! Nice job! I give the company 5 stars!!!!

Very responsive service on a weekend. Good workmanlike and rapid spring installation. I do question the cost of the spring about $300., I see the spring advertised all over for $50. - $100. Pricey........
