Your representative, Brian Ford, let us know when he would arrive and was precisely on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Upon arriving, Brian assessed our situation. He identified those areas that did not require repair, and those that did. He provided options to solve the identified problems and made us aware of the costs of each option before proceeding. Brian gave us a time estimate for the job's completion. He worked diligently, and completed the job as promised. He then took the time to review the installation and made sure we were satisfied. My garage door opener spring broke during this corona virus pandemic. Luckily I went onto the Precision Door website to find out they are an 'essential business'. I called for an appointment. The woman I spoke to was polite and friendly. Two techs were here at noon and replaced the springs and replaced a battery backup for me. Both techs were friendly and polite too. Than you Precision Door!

Precision Doors is a very reliable company. Tony notified me he was on his way, kept to the arranged time of arrival, and explained all the features of the products I was purchasing. Tony left the work area spotless (you wouldn't even know he was here). There are no drafts and I am in love with my new door. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Even my neighbor called to tell me how wonderful the new garage door looked.

Our garage door opener came off the wall so we were not able to open garage. When I called precision they were very efficient in setting up a date and following through. The technician came when he said he would. He also explained why it happened and fixed the problem. He was very polite and courteous. Very happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend!

We had two Precision overhead doors and one lift installed 5 years ago. They have worked flawlessly for 5 years. Today, Brian came and installed the 2nd door lift. We look forward to continued flawless operation with both doors. Brian was also helpful to advise us not to use any LED lights in the garage which could affect the operation of the original lift motor. Thanks Brian!
