With less than 24 hours to go on closing on my rental property, the garage door malfunctioned. I immediately called Precision and spoke with Colleen in customer service. I explained to her that I needed an emergency repair otherwise I would have to delay the closing. Colleen was a lifesaver! Despite it being late in the day, she was able to dispatch a technician to my home. Charles, the technician, promptly arrived and was able to repair the garage door. Charles was friendly, professional and efficient. Precision Garage Doors is a very well run company with fantastic employees who truly value the needs of its customer. Thank you to both Colleen and Charles who saved the day for me! You guys rock!!

NO one ever wants to have to get a new garage door opener unit. But if you must go with Percision. Brian, our service man was friendly and knowledgeable. removed old unit and installed new within 30 minutes. I called 2 other garage door business the day it broke, never heard from them. Percision not only answered but repaired same day. !
