you’re installer Bob was on point very courteous, very professional, knew what he was talking about, offered Precision’s rail system which is one piece & more durable then the one that came in the box which is in 2ft pieces @ the end of the day i was very happy if U get Bob as an installer @ you’re home U won’t be disappointed!!

I went to Precision through a recommendation from a colleague on the same day I found out that the garage door spring was broken on both doors, trapping one of my household's two vehicles. The repairman communicated everything from his arrival to the end of the repair and throughout very well and he seems to have done work without seeming like he rushed through it. Very friendly, I would recommend Precision taking care of garage door issues.

I was very pleased with the service. The representative on the phones was "exceptional" and I told her that. (Angela) Also the serviceman was professional and prompt. My only complaint (if you want to call it that, is that the part - the spring- was very expensive. I'd never think it would be that much! But all in all, the company was a pleasure to work with.

Brian Ford did a good job - you could tell he was experienced, and he provided great advice. Thought the price was high, but no price is too high to make you feel safe and secure on something most of us give no thought to every day. Too many people do not realize how dangerous aged/worn/used garage door springs can be until injuries and damage happen.
