Mike and Bruce were so nice and did a beautiful job removing the old and installing my new garage door. Very sweet young men. I love the door and the work they did. Everything was cleaned up. You never would have known any work was done except for the fact my new garage door is now in. The entire job took less than 1 1/2 hours

This is how a company should be run. Comprehensive website, instant and courteous phone conversation, convenient appointments, phone call to confirm, call by Rick that he is on his way and prompt arrival. Full assessment of problems and what my options are. Very efficient installation of opener and also the door now closes so quietly. What else could anyone ask for? Maybe the senior discount that I was happy to receive. (What a drastic difference from 11 years ago with my experience with a well recognized company that I used.) The Precision Door owner, the management, the live phone spokespersons, the technicians are all part of a very well oiled machine that makes this company exceptional. I am so happy that I found them and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth resolution to whatever your garage door issues might be. After 18 months of use the springs on both garage doors were stretched out like a broken slinky. I called the company that did the original install and was informed it was outside the 1 year warranty. Called Precision because of my previous great experience with them and my old doors. The Precision technician both showed me and explained what was wrong and illustrated the inferior springs and rollers that had been used by the other company. Incredible, competent technicians with excellent customer service. Most importantly they back up their product with a 5 year warranty. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and repair. The serviceman made sure the door spring and framework were both secure and properly sized for the job, as the former broken spring (not from Precision) was undersized for the door. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of such repair.
