I read the reviews online and each one was fantastic,so i called made an appointment Brian the tech called before arriving to let me know hw was on the way he arrived on time was very friendly and courteous he asked what issues I was having and he address those issues while informing me what he was checking and he fixed my issues quickly and professionally also gave me some tips to keep my garage doors working properly.I give Brian a 10 and would call Precision again if ever I need help with my doors and I would definitely ask for Brian.

My experience with Precision was great! Everyone was courteous and helpful. The technician (Tom Bird) arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation and provided an estimate. He was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. In very little time my garage door repair was complete. I highly recommend Precision and plan to use them for all of my garage door needs. EJ came to our house Monday to repair the lights on my Garage door opener. I just assumed he was going to replace them and charge me and call it a day. Instead, he unplugged them ,cleaned them off and now they both work perfectly! This is what service is all about! Thank you

Great experience from ordering to installation. Salesman and installer (Mike) were very customer service oriented. Poor Mike installed the door in minus 5 degree weather and did it with a smile. I will definitely recommend Precision.

I chose Precision because your flyer said same day service and that's what I needed. I was glad I made that decision because technician was very helpful, knowledgeable about problem I was having. I needed new safety springs and to have my backup battery replaced. Work was done very efficiently and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Booking my appointment by phone was quick and easy. The agent was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Garage door repairman Rick called me about 20 mins prior to his arrival. He was polite on the phone as well as in person. Rick quickly and efficiently replaced my broken garage door springs as well as checked the springs on my other garage door and lubricated the doors as well. He answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service! I would recommend Precision to neighbors and family.

Amazing service. I contacted Precision via their website around 9 AM, they responded to me by 10:30 and setup an appointment between 1 and 4. They called me at 1, arrived by 1:30, and was all completed by 2:30. I can honestly say that I don't believe that I ever received such prompt, friendly, efficient, and reasonable priced service. Although the job done was satisfactory, there were numerous small screws, staples and washers left on the garage floor. Inexcusable, and will be sending you a bill if I get a flat tire.

Very professional and prompt.completed the job in no time. However on the negative side the cost for 10 rollers installed and the ten minutes of labor time was 246.19. Which I thought was prices to high but had no chose they needed to be replaces and I didn't know how to DIY
