Brian was our very thorough and friendly technician. We had a broken cable on one of two garage doors. He inspected both doors and went over each part. We also had a keypad that wasn't working that was replaced, as well as new remotes for the other door. Brian went over costs and options for all work and parts so we could make our informed decision. Brian then got to work repairing and replacing what we wanted. He worked efficiently and was a pleasure . Thank you Brian and Precision Door Service! Brandon was great! He is polite, thoughtful and well informed.He took into consideration our time limitations and was fast and efficient, explaining everything very clearly. If it was a test I'd give him 100%.The man I had last time Brian was also good. I like the way you run your company! It is refreshing to have someone come on time, know what they are doing and communicate clearly! Kudos!
