Great service. Called at 12PM. Rep was courteous and empathetic to my issue. Was given a window from 2-6. Steve (Tech) called at 1230 asking if he could arrive in 20 minutes. Steve assessed situation and walked me through my options. Ended up going with a complete overall on each door with work being completed in one hour.

The repair man was very nice, however I called because my door was closing unevenly. He told me this was normal, did not even try to adjust it and was gone in less than 5 min. with my $95 check. I asked neighbors if their doors close unevenly and they said no, so how can it be normal for one side close before the rest of the door. If he would have at least tried to adjust it before he ran out with my check, but he did nothing.
