Michael Solis called and told us of his arrival time. Upon his arrival, we described our problem and he went to work fixing the garage door. It appeared to be a loose wire in the garage door opener. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Michael was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We called Precision Garage Doors in January of this year and that response was a perfect 5 star, so we of course thought to call you again. From the time your administrative person took our info and made our appointment to Michael’s fixing our problem, Precision Garage Door is now on our list to call as well as to refer to friends and neighbors in the future.
