Steve from Precision was very nice and very informative. He replaced everything in the amount of time that he told me it would be done. He also went over everything for me on the new garage door opener so I was aware of how everything works before he left. On your advertisement which was in the Money Saver packet we received in the mail, the 24/7 service was the reason we called. Two services were performed. One was aligning the remote beam and the other was installation of safety cables. Cody did an excellent job in explaining why the door was not closing and what needed to be done. He also explained why we need the safety cables. He also was both polite and very personable. If we ever have another problem or need new springs we have put your company in our telephone book. 5 Star Service! Thank you. Cody

The service man showed up on time, as always. The light on our door switch was blinking and the remotes didn't work. He showed us that all we needed to do was hold the switch down for three seconds to "unlock" the remotes. No charge. And that's the second service call he didn't charge us for. Always great service, always a pleasure. Thank you again.
