Called company at 9:05am and repairs were made by 11:30am. Michael S. was our technician. He explained what needed to be repaired and pricing. No pressure sales talk. His work was excellent. We have no complaints and would highly recommend this company for your garage door opener repairs.

Brian was right on time and fixed the cable problem in about 30 minutes. He also discussed features of a new garage door that is in my plans for this year. Will definitely call Precision when the time comes to replace! Excellent and quick service!!

1. Service providers called telling me they were on their way and their eta. 2. Introduced themselves when they arrived 3. Diagnosis done in less than 1 minute. They knew their stuff. 4 Checked motor to make sure it was ok. 5. Provided item by item cost. 6. Informed me how long the repair would take 7. No mess left behind. These guys were truly professional and customer-focused.

Brandon did a great job. Very polite and efficient. Replaced pulleys. I have used Precision before and obviously I was satisfied that is why I called them again when I had garage door problems
