We used Precision Door to replace a spring that came disconnected. And they did do a good job but here's the thing, they charged us $812 for the job: $298 for a pair of springs, $299 for the cable, $200 for 4 pulleys. This is a 300% markup Be more transparent with your pricing model. I don't mind paying for labor. I do mind being lied to

I called Precision door on Thursday night in need of garage door repair. They scheduled an appointment for Friday the very next day! Steve Posner was our technician and he was fantastic! Steve is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Steve explained everything that needed to be done as well as giving us options. Steve had everything in his truck to do the repair as well as two new garage door openers we needed. I will be recommending Steve to my friends and family for sure. He is a true asset to the company. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Precision Garage Door! From my very first frantic phone call at 10:30pm when the spring on my door broke, until the next morning when technician Brian showed up at my home, everyone was courteous, friendly, patient, super helpful, and very professional. The technician immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what the repair entailed and how much it would cost, and then fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to patiently explain and clarify answers to questions I had. I would absolutely recommend Precision to family and friends and should anything go wrong with my garage door or opening in the future, they will be the first phone call I make.

The service person that came the house was here for 5 minutes took his ladder went up to the light that I complained wasn’t working said it’s out of warranty since it’s 2 years old I can replace it for over $200. (The same light that is listed for $73 online) I said no that ok let me speak with my wife about it. Right after he left I grabbed my ladder hit the button and reprogrammed it to the lift. It’s working fine. For the 5 minutes that he was here he charged me over $90. I put a complaint in after I fixed it myself and All they could do is apologize but had no ability to refund my service fee…. What a rip off. I would never recommend this company bunch of crooks up selling on something that isn’t even broken then if you don’t pay for it to be fixed they charge you anyway. Big money grab! They should be ashamed of themselves.

When my garage door didn't open properly on a Sunday, I thought it was going to be a huge hassle to get it repaired, which I didn't really have time for. Top notch service today from Bobby at Precision! He came just a few hours after I called about a damaged spring that wouldn't allow my garage door to open. He immediately saw that I needed new springs, looked up my account and saw that I had a warranty on the springs so he replaced them at no charge. He could have easily charged me the few hundred dollars it would typically cost since I wasn't aware of the warranty. Bobby was honest, very competent, and a pleasure to work with. I will request him next time I need service. The entire experience with Precision was excellent, including when they took my call this morning before they opened.
