I asked Precision to inspect and lubricate my single two car overhead garage door. The technician arrived promptly and was dressed appropriately, including a mask! After checking the door generally and the springs, cables and motor in particular, and after lubricating the door, the service was complete. The technician was extremely courteous. He confirmed that my door was in proper operating condition and needed no further service at this time. I was pleased with every aspect of the service, including that fact that there was no attempt made to sell additional services. On the basis of this experience I would not hesitate to use Precision for any future needs relating to my garage door.
