I've use Precision a few years back to repair my garage door, and I was happy with them at the time. Called them this morning, and Frank called to say he would be here within 15 minuptes. which he was. He did a good job, and in only 15 minutes. The only thing I was unhappy about was my bill due to being charged $35 over the service call. It covered adjusting safety eyes. This only consisted of him putting together the wire that was cut that worked the seeing eye to open and close the garage door.
