I placed a service call on Friday afternoon. My appointment was scheduled for next day between 12-4. WOW! Bobby arrived at 12:30, diagnosed the problem and gave us plenty of options. New device installed within 45 minutes. Friendly, accurate and knowledgeable service. We would definitely recommend Precision to folks needing garage door repair.

The work performed was expert but your prices for parts are extremely high. You advertise veterans and senior discount. I understand you usually can’t discounts, I’m a Vietnam combat veteran and of course, a senior. Five percent discount is a little tight and I had a $15 coupon from your web site, which I was told could not be combined. $99 for safety cables? Thanks for taking advantage of the veterans. Shame on you.
