When I hit the garage door opener, the garage door bounced and jumped, making a lot of noise then stopped. It pulled the bracket right out of the wall, making me feel it could dislodge further and damage my car. Precision sent Mike over and he very carefully managed the door so I can remove my car. Then he saved the day by fixing it, allowing me to close the door properly to keep my home secure. Their customer service and knowledge was enough for me to make an appointment for much needed new doors.

Bobby from Precision was outstanding! Arrived on time and provided an honest consultation. He recommended replacing cables, pulleys, rollers in addition to the springs. I agreed to the work after seeing the wear on the original parts. He finished the job in 45 mins. and my garage door never sounded so quiet when opening and closing. Precision also provided a 10 yr. warranty on parts. My wife and I are extremely happy and would highly recommend Bobby and Precision to anyone!

Precision did a great job replacing my old wood garage doors with new garage doors. Everyone I dealt with, from first call to the company to the technician who installed my doors. The communication on install date, when Techician should arrive, and follow up on my satisfaction, was all exemplary. Highly recommend them.

Impressed with the ad in classified for Monmouth County so made the call and further impressed with next day service appointment. We had two new garage door openers installed. The technician Brian, was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable about his garage door openers. We always had a small opening under the door which mice could come in. Brian added a new boot but adjusted it so that problem is permanently fixed. We are very satisfied with the new openers and especially the new keyless entry pads on the outside. This is a great new feature for us. Thanks for the suggestion
