Thanks to Steve our technician! all three garage door systems were thoroughly examined. Steve took the time to explain and walk through of the preventative maintenance that should be done on two of them prior to work. He explained why he determined that the 3rd door was in good working order. I felt that all details were covered prior and after work was complete.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The people who answer the phone when you call for service are wonderful. They are very patient, give you options and I'm amazed at how quickly they can have someone at your door. I have had door springs replaced a few months ago and today my door opener replaced. Both times, the serviceman, Jim, was on time, friendly, professional and just did a fantastic job. He's very neat and clean and other than having new equipment, you'd never know he was at your house. I think Precision is a top company to work with and I would not hesitate for one millisecond to recommend them to anyone needing to have any work done.
