Absolute 1,000% perfection from time of call, to arrival, to repair, to completion. It REALY does not get any better than this! Our two-car garage door was buckled by hurricane Ida on September 2. The replacement was installed yesterday, January 5. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT. The supply chain problems prevented Precision from receiving and then installing this door until well after their normal delivery time. The installation was done by Jim Ippolitto and his apprentice. Ours was not the first installation of the day and they had a very long day but worked until the job was finished at close to 8 pm. Despite the long hours, they did not cut corners in the slightest. They did a very professional job and we are very pleased with the result.
