I called Precision, Brian the technician came out greeted me with a handshake, after checking out the problem he explained that it might be time for an upgrade due to the age of my motor and related electronics, I agreed and in less than 90 minutes in 95 degree heat I had a new motor, new drive assembly and control devices all workin to spec. No nonsense, that's what I like about Brian and Precision. Highly recommend both.

Precision Garage Door was referred to us and we are extremely happy with the service that was provided. We called on a Thursday and they were able to set up service for that Monday. Steve, the technician that was sent, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. He replaced the 2 garage door springs and the 3 bearings with no mess, and in a short amount of time. A 5 year warranty was given on the parts. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

Saw an add on Instagram. Have seen your trucks on the road. Very professional. I had old door openers that failed years ago. It was time. Sent my name n email to your website. Received a call in about 15 minutes. Very pleasant young lady explained terms n conditions. She scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Brian called 1/2 before arrival. He was very thorough with what we had, an explained some options to us. Brian was a really great help and super professional. In about a half hour we were able to make a decision what would work best for us. To our surprise, Brian asked if we would like it done NOW. We were elated. Signed a contract and he removed all our old hardware and installed two new openers in about 3 1/2 hours. Watching him work a little made us know we were in good hands and made a great decision. Brian could work at my house anytime. Great Job. If we ever have a garage door issue, he would be requested always. I would definitely recommend doing business with Precision Doors. They are professional, equipped n educated. We definitely moved into the 21st century with our new door openers. Much thanks again. Mike n Sandy

Very responsive and professional. The Service Technician Bobby Sanborn did an excellent job. He was very informative, caring and very professional. He updated me as to identifying what the problem was and what he was going to do to resolve the issue. He tested the system multiple times and ensured I was satisfied with the repair. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was the easiest service appt I have had. The tech was personal knowledgeable & professional. NO hidden gimmicks I called for repair he (JIM) came the next day was there on time he explained my options. Did the job in 1/2 hr they dropped the trip charge and credit towards my bill was very satisfied I have a 10 year warranty

I'm in from Calif. and visiting my sister and her garage door opener sounded like a jet taking off at Newark airport. I called this company on Thurs. A.M. and they had it installed that afternoon. I own a lot of apartments in Calif. and I only install Lifemaster#8355...so I know what the cost is installed, they did it for exactly what in pay in Calif. plus they gave my sister a sr. discount. Cody did a great job....I would highly recommend this company.
